We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and beautifully furnished. The bathroom was updated and had a charming European feel. The beds were comfortable and the AC was adjustable. The hotel is conveniently located near Crouse Hospital, Syracuse University, and downtown. It was also within walking distance of shops and restaurants in the marketplace area. The parking lot was free and easily accessible.
