The hotel's cleanliness was impressive. The facilities were top-notch, with a well-stocked snack store in the lobby and excellent parking options. The location was perfect for us, as it was a short walk to the venue we were attending. The front desk staff, especially Carey, were incredibly helpful and provided great suggestions for local restaurants in Downtown Syracuse. In the morning, Ezra was very accommodating.
